Ph.D. project in Urban and Regional Planning at the Geneva School of Social Sciences of the UNIGE, dealing with the ability of the Singaporean Smart-Nation to adapt to the new challenges posed by the Global Climate Change, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. It will ideally propose a varied approach involving Environmental Social Science, Human Geography, Collective Adaptive Systems, and Urban Planning, at the crossroads of several disciplines.
